Agenda

5:00 PM: Welcome & open networking
Participants arrive in a friendly atmosphere encouraging initial exchanges.
5:30 PM: Welcome address and official presentation
Introduction to Cooperathon, proposed challenges, mobilized leaders, and a word from the host leader.
5:45 PM: Interactive icebreaker activity
Exchanges in small groups of 3 to 4 people to foster natural connections between participants.
6:10 PM: Guided networking
Group rotations around Cooperathon challenges, with structured exchanges promoting reflection, idea sharing, and progressive team formation.
7:00 PM: Open networking and connection consolidation
Free-flowing conversations and opportunity to plan next steps.
8:00 PM: Evening closing

Food and Beverages

To keep conversations flowing, enjoy a selection of snacks and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages.
