Nomie will also notify the Quebec Access to Information Commission or any other relevant authority as applicable.
International Data Transfers
Nomie does not currently transfer your personal data outside of Quebec or Canada. If this changes we will ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR, and that your data is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Nomie has appointed a Data Protection Officer in accordance with Law 25, PIPEDA, and GDPR. This person is responsible for ensuring that Nomie complies with legal data protection requirements and for responding to your questions about your rights and how your personal information is processed.
