• Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

  Welcome to Nomie! By using our services you agree to comply with these terms of use and our privacy policy. If you refuse to accept these terms please stop using Nomie immediately.

• Registration and Access

  • a. Account Creation

    To use Nomie you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. You agree not to share your password or allow anyone else to access your account.

  • b. Business or Institutional Use

    If you sign up with an email address belonging to an organization (e.g. your employer) this account may be linked to the organization's account and its administrator may have control over your account.

• User Responsibilities and Conduct

  You must comply with all applicable laws as well as our sharing, publishing, and usage policies.

  • Provide accurate information when registering.
  • Create only one account and only for yourself.
  • Not share your password or allow others to access your account.
  • Not share content that is sexual, violent, racist, sexist, or discriminatory in text, photo, or recording form.
  • Not introduce viruses or malicious code or act in a way that could harm the proper functioning of Nomie.
  • Not collect data in an automated manner or attempt to access information you are not authorized to access.
  • Report any inappropriate content or behavior.

  Nomie may, at any time, delete the account of a user who violates these commitments.

• Content and Intellectual Property

    You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to Nomie. By submitting content you grant Nomie a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and share this content as part of providing and improving our services.

  • b. Content Responsibility

    You are responsible for the content you submit on Nomie. You guarantee that you have all the necessary rights to submit this content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

  • c. Prohibited Use

    It is strictly forbidden to copy, redistribute, reproduce, republish, store on any medium, retransmit or modify information shared by other users unless you have obtained their explicit consent.

• Limitation of Liability

  • a. Rights and Obligations

    Nomie cannot be held responsible for the actions of unauthorized third parties who may access your data or use your account without your knowledge. You agree to use Nomie at your own risk and understand that we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or error-free nature of the services provided.

  • b. Warranty Disclaimer

    Nomie is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • c. Limitation of Damages

    Nomie's liability in the event of a claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is higher.

• Modifications to Terms of Use

  We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal updates, or for any other valid reason. We will notify you of any substantial modifications at least 15 days before they take effect.

  Your continued use of Nomie after the modifications come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

• Termination and Suspension

  You can stop using Nomie at any time.

  We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms or if necessary to comply with the law.
